Response to Infringement Claims

Upon receiving a valid notice of infringement, we will take appropriate action to address the claim. This may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the material, allowing them the opportunity to respond to the claim.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

Purchase Letter of Intent reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We take copyright infringement seriously and will act in accordance with the law to protect the rights of copyright holders.
